Pour the content of one bags in a pot with 100/120 ml of semi skimmed milk. Cook the mix till it boils then the product is ready to be served. To cook the hot chocolate you can use also the microwave or the coffee machines steamer.
Pour 300g of chocolate powder in a pot with 1 litre of semi skimmed milk. Put the mix into the chocolate machine bowl and cook for 45 min at 90°C; then adjust the thermostat at 65°C for maintenance.
Pour 30 g of chocolate powder with 100/120 ml of semi skimmed milk. Cook the mix using the coffee machines steamer or the microwave.
Take away Italian Hot Chocolate:
To prepare a hot chocolate drink less thick to drink in takeaway cups with straw is enough to increase by 50% the amount of milk. (Mix 300 grams of chocolate powder with 1.5 liters of milk)
